Here you will find all information about shipping, pickup and returns of your hand-painted Buddha painting. We recommend reading this information carefully.

Shipping and Pickup

We ensure that your hand-painted Buddha painting is delivered safely and with great care. You can choose between shipping or pickup by appointment.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped

Shipping Costs

  • Netherlands: €49.99
  • Belgium: €49.99
  • International shipping: on request

Packaging and Transport

Our paintings are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. Due to the size and value of the artworks, we use professionally packaged and, where possible, insured shipping.

Delivery

  • Delivery takes place at the address you provided
  • The risk of damage or loss transfers to you as a consumer at the moment of delivery

Pickup

  • Pickup is available in Leiderdorp
  • Pickup is by appointment
  • You will be notified once your order is ready
  • No shipping costs apply for pickup

Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to return or exchange your order.

Cooling-off Period

  • You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason

Return Conditions

  • Please handle the artwork with care during the cooling-off period
  • You may assess the artwork as you would in a physical store
  • If possible, the artwork should be returned in the original packaging

Return Options

You can return the artwork in two ways:

1. Return by shipping

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed
  • You are responsible for the artwork during return transport
  • We recommend sending the package well packaged and insured
  • Any damage during return transport is the responsibility of the sender

2. Return in person

  • You can return the artwork by appointment in Leiderdorp
  • No return shipping costs apply
  • It is possible to exchange the artwork on-site for another piece, depending on availability
  • Any price differences will be settled immediately

Exchange

Within the cooling-off period, it is possible to exchange the artwork for another piece, depending on availability

  • Any price differences will be settled
  • Please contact us to discuss the possibilities

Register a Return

You can register a return by sending an email to info@originalbuddhaart.com

Please include:

  • your name
  • order number
  • which artwork you want to return or exchange

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned artwork:

  • you will receive a full refund
  • including standard shipping costs of the original delivery
  • within 14 days after receipt of the returned artwork

If the artwork is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess the product, a depreciation may be deducted.
