Are the Buddha paintings handmade?
All our Buddha paintings are hand-painted by artists in Thailand. This makes each artwork unique, and small variations may occur. These differences are part of the authenticity and character of every painting.
Is a certificate of authenticity included?
Each painting comes with a certificate of authenticity, signed by the artist and a local liaison acting on behalf of Original Buddha Art.
What is the origin of the paintings?
Our Buddha paintings are imported directly from Thailand. We work with local artists and suppliers to offer authentic, high-quality artwork.
May I resell the paintings?
You are free to resell the painting to other collectors or enthusiasts. Please also transfer the certificate of authenticity to the new owner.
Are the paintings delivered on a canvas frame?
Yes, the paintings are professionally stretched on a wooden frame and are ready to hang.
Can I request a custom artwork?
There are possibilities to commission an artwork. This may include Buddha art or, for example, portrait paintings. Please contact us for more information.
How will my order be shipped?
Each painting is carefully and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. After shipment, you will receive a track & trace code.
Can a sold painting be recreated?
Unfortunately, a sold painting cannot be recreated. All artworks from Original Buddha Art are unique and are not copies or reproductions.
Can I collect the painting?
You are welcome to collect your painting by appointment. We will ensure it is carefully and securely packaged.
Can I view a painting by appointment?
We do not have a physical showroom. Visits are possible by appointment only.
What is the delivery time?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 working days. Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium generally takes 1–2 working days.
Is the address a visitor address?
The listed address is a correspondence address and not a visitor location. The paintings are not physically stored there.
Can I return the painting?
Yes, consumers have a 30-day cooling-off period. If the painting does not meet your expectations, you may return it provided it is in its original condition. Custom-made artworks are excluded from returns.
Where is the best place to hang a Buddha painting?
Buddha art is often placed in a calm space such as a living room, meditation corner, or bedroom. Choose a location where the painting can be appreciated and where it contributes to a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere.
